President-elect Donald Trump has picked Stephen Miran as his nominee for chair of the Council of Economic Advisers (CEA). Miran, who holds a doctorate in Economics from Harvard University, currently serves as a Senior Strategist for Hudson Bay Capital Management alongside his fellowship at the Manhattan Institute.
