I’m getting a bit tired of listening to this nonsense about 3X ETF’s and the decay preventing one from making money. Nothing could be further from the truth. The only time decay becomes a factor is when price is going sideways or trending in the wrong direction. When price is going sideways or trending in the right direction there is significant to monsterous outperformance. Now do you see why I say JNUG will easily go above $500 before the bull market is over? But it’s going to take a patience to achieve those gains. It took almost 8 years in QQQ. It’s going to take at least 3-4 more years before JNUG really starts to accelerate on its way to $500 and probably $1000. For the very few that have that kind of patience you are on the path to riches but it’s not going to be an easy path to walk.
