The price of Regular and Premium are down four and two cents each, respectively, from last week. According to GasBuddy.com, Hawaii has the highest average price for Regular at $3.86 and South Carolina has the cheapest at $2.54. The WTIC end of day spot price closed at 69.36, a 3.4% decrease from this time last week.
