Monday: January’s Machine Orders data will see light in Japan, with analysts eyeing annual contraction deepen to -3.8%, from a current -3.6%. The Eurozone’s Industrial Production print will also see light, with analysts expecting a significant recovery, from a current 1.3% annual contraction to a 1.5% annual expansion.

Tuesday: In Japan, the final estimate for January’s Industrial Production data will see light, followed by the Tertiary Industry Index. In France, the final estimate of February’s Consumer Price Index will be released. In the U.S., Advance February Retail Sales data will see light, followed by February’s Producer Price Index and the Empire State Manufacturing Index for March.

Wednesday: Some Labor Market data will see light in the U.K., including February’s Jobless Claims data and January’s Unemployment. In the U.S. it will be quite a busy day. The weekly MBA Mortgage Applications will see light. It will be followed by February’s Housing Starts, February’s Consumer Price Index and February’s Industrial Production data. After these, the Fed will release a rate announcement. After the ECB used its bazooka, last week, however, the bond market now prices in no more than a 4% probability for a rate hike.

Thursday: The final estimate for February’s Consumer Price Index will be released for the Eurozone. The Bank of England, is scheduled to make a rate announcement, though in spite of the ECB, analysts expect no rate cut nor an expansion of the Asset Purchase Target. In the U.S., the weekly Initial Claims data will see light, followed by February’s Leading Index.

Friday: February’s Consumer Price Index will be released in Canada. In the U.S., the preliminary March University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index will see light, where analysts expect an expansion from 92.2 points, to 91.7.
