(“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE American: CVU) today announced that CPI Aero intends to offer $12,000,000 of shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. CPI Aero also expects to grant to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional $1,800,000 of shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any.
CPI Aero intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital, capital expenditures, debt repayment, or strategic acquisitions.
