This is a good example of how a company’s performance and its share price are not the same thing. This is regarding the Pets.com of the modern era, Chewy.com, which is a service I use regularly for all my dog food needs. First off, this is kind of amusing…….As for Chewy’s business, it’s going great. I’m impressed how important Autoship has become, which is exactly what I use. The whole idea is to “subscribe” to regular shipments of products so that you can have one fewer thing to have to think about in your life. In spite of their astonishing growth, the stock is … not so great. (The ticker is CHWY, by the way). This is something I’d buy or short.
